台積電董事長張忠謀今（ 28 ）日前往國發會，與主委陳美伶會面。據轉述，兩人見面時間約 30 分鐘，不過未觸及具體經貿議題，僅單純為陳美伶加油打氣。
國發會主委陳美伶曾是台南市政府首任秘書長。國發會指出，由於陳美伶在台南市府任職期間，與台積電台南廠互動良好，並大力協助張忠謀夫人張淑芬推動節能節水與孝道推廣等公益活動，與張忠謀也有相當互動。
優雅國發會轉述，張忠謀利用今日於台北有既定行程機會，順道前往國發會與陳美伶會面，純粹是為新上任的晚輩加油打氣、聊聊天，氣氛非常愉快，會面時間約 30 分鐘，未觸及具體施政主題。
過去張忠謀很少在政府部門露面，多由財經部會或行政院官員前往拜會。
